In addition to providing information about the premises, this counter offers services such as loaning baby carriages and wheelchairs, paging lost children, and serving as a lost-and-found.

We loan baby carriages to visitors accompanied with babies or small children.

Information on loaning of baby carriages

・At the time of rental, please fill out the necessary information on the "Agreement Form".

・For safety reasons, we do not allow lending to children who are not eligible.

・Please show personal identification that contains your name and address.

・All baby carriages may be loaned out at any given moment. Please note in advance that baby carriagescannot be reserved.

・We recommend that you bring your own baby carriage so that you can leisurely enjoy your shopping experience at the outlet.

We loan wheelchairs to elderly or physically-handicapped visitors.

Information on loaning of wheelchairs

You will be asked to show a form of personal identification.

Please return the baby carriage to Information.

All wheelchairs may be loaned out at any given moment. Please note in advance that wheelchairscannot be reserved.

Accessible bathrooms for handicapped and other individuals are available in five locations on the premises.

Please use this room if you need to nurse your child. Baby beds are also available here.

Seats for changing diapers for visitors accompanied with babies or small children are available in six locations on the premises.

Three locker types of varying size area available. A deposit of 100 yen is required to use the lockers. This will be refunded to you after you are done using them.

A free shuttle bus that goes back and forth between JR Nasushiobara Station and the outlet is in service.

An AED (Automated External Defibrillator) is at the ready at Information.

Ask us to hold on to your belongings and deliver them to your home. Separate fees apply.

Seven Bank ATMs are located on the premises.

“Children’s play area” A slide and wooden jungle gym inspired by a play area in the forest. Available for free.

Wi-Fi spots (free of charge) are installed in 5 locations within the building.
Below are the steps to connect to FREE SPOT.

Step1 Enable Wi-Fi on your device and connect to FREESPOT's SSID.

SSID: Please use “’freespot’=SecurityPassword(AES)”.

SSID=Access point connected via Wi-Fi.

Password: Please enter "freespot".

Step2 After connecting to the SSID, start your browser and register for email authentication on the portal site.

You can also authenticate with your SNS account by selecting "SNS account authentication method" on the authentication screen.

Authentication is not required when accessing from the second time onwards, provided it is within 6 months from the last date of use.

No settings are required for Nintendo Switch^TM and Nintendo 3DS series.

These devices will be automatically connected when you enter the free spot area.
